The Founding Cohort

On Valentine’s Day 2026, CraftEX marked the culmination
of its pilot with a live factory tour at Kenpoly — a powerful moment made possible through our virtual platform.

Through CraftEX, students engaged in a structured HR
Analyst simulation that mirrored real workplace expectations, workflows, and decision-making. The platform did more than deliver content; it created guided, practical experience at scale. It connected learners to industry in a way that is accessible, measurable, and outcome-focused.

Seven young women successfully completed the pilot, demonstrating how virtual exposure, when intentionally
designed, can build confidence, competence, and career readiness.

This collaboration between CraftEX, Kenpoly, and CHRM
reflects the power of technology to intentionally link academia and industry — not in theory, but in real time.
